Terms of Service
Your use of Panacea is governed by our Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Privacy Policy

Product Availability Policy
Quantities are limited on all merchandise offered for sale, and many of the products are unique and/or one-of-a-kind. Accordingly, all products are offered subject to prior sale, and in no event will the Company be responsible or liable if a product ordered is for any reason unavailable for shipment. Further, the Company reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason it determines appropriate.

Pricing Policy
The actual prices at which products are offered for sale on this Site are determined by the Company, in its sole discretion. In those circumstances where a “Suggested Retail Price” is indicated, the suggested price will have been determined on the basis of information provided by that product’s supplier.

We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders submitted may be cancelled, but only by written notice actually received by the Company prior to shipment. All orders become final upon shipment of the merchandise ordered.

Shipping Details
· Orders are shipped on business days only: Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
· Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.
· All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
· Orders submitted before 10 AM CST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day.
· All packages are shipped via UPS
· Ground: Will arrive in two to three business days
· Two-Day: Will arrive in two business day
· Overnight: Will arrive the following business day
· Packages are not shipped to P.O. boxes or military addresses

Returns Procedures
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You are welcome to exchange any unused and unopened item in new condition within 30 days of purchase. In no event will Panacea be obligated to accept the exchange of merchandise that has been damaged through the customer’s actions or omissions. Damage occurring during return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. Please contact us for all return requests to receive a Return Authorization number that must be included with you return to receive your exchange credit. Please mail all returned merchandise to:

International Orders
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Panacea is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
